What You Can Expect
When you contact Baylites we will meet with you to discuss your goals and vision for your home. We will come out and survey your location and make suggestions for lighting solutions. With this information we will create a plan. This plan will focus on your goals, providing a written proposal. Landscape designs along with lighting can be broken down into zones. Each zone will show what you have already and then provide recommendations based on your needs. Each of the zones will identify the purpose of each light, style, wattage, location and costs. If landscaping is involved your plan will also show plant recommendations. Both work together to provide a professional landscaped look that just says this is a wonderful place to live and visit.

In addition to our regular lighting design services Baylites also provides threat assessment service for your home or business. The owner, Lewis Edgell, has 32 years of Federal Law Enforcement experience as a U.S. Marshal, specializing in vulnerability assessments and protection for individuals and facilities.
Previously Installed System
If you have an existing system installed by another company we will repair and upgrade your existing system. All installed components and labor will come with a written one year warranty. Baylites provides professional 24-hour service to Community Associations and businesses throughout our service area. Baylites offers 5% discount to developers, builders in new developments, churches, non profit organizations, large communities requiring lighting for each home and Senior Citizens.
